About Us

What We Believe

The Bible

We teach that the Bible is God's revelation of who He is (John 1:1, Rev. 19:13). It is verbally inspired (God Breathed) and every word from God to man is with out error, good for teaching, correcting and training us in the ways of God  (2 Tim. 3:16).

God

We teach that there is only one true God eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and each are equal (1 Corin. 8:6, 2 Corin. 13:14, John 10:30).

God the Father—We teach that God the Father is the first Person of the Trinity, He is the creator of all things and is omnipotent, omniscient and sovereign ruler of the universe.

God the Son—We teach that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God who is coequal and has always existed with the Father (John 10:30, ).  Furthermore, God the Father created all things with Him and through Him. We also teach that God the Son became man, born of a virgin and accepted all the essential characteristics of humanity and so became the God-Man without surrendering His divine deity (

God the Holy Spirit—We teach that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the divine trinity whom as always existed and possesses all divine attributes of God the Father and God the Son. We teach that it is the work of the Holy Spirit to execute the divine will with relation to all mankind and the work of salvation

Man

We teach that man was created in the image of God from the dirt, free from sin and in the likeness of God. The intention of mans creation was to glorify God and enjoy His fellowship. However, due to Adams disobedience and sin to God's will and instruction, man lost his innocence and acquired the penalty of sin and death. Moreover, man became subject to the wrath of God, became corrupt and utterly incapable of choosing or doing that which is acceptable to God apart from His divine grace since they are dead in their trespasses

Salvation

We teach that salvation is only by grace alone (Sola Gratia) , through faith alone (Sola Fide) in Christ alone(Solo Christo) alone (Eph. 2:8-9). It is through the merit of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection and not on the basis of human efforts ().

Regeneration—We teach that regeneration occurs instantaneous and is accomplished solely by the divine work and power of the Holy Spirit through the  the Word of God (John 5:24) when the repentant sinner, as enabled by the Holy Spirit, responds in faith to the call of salvation. Genuine regeneration is manifested by the evidence of good works and the fruits of the Spirit in the life of the believer.

Justification—We teach that Justification is the act of God by which He declares us righteous through faith to those whom belong to Him. This declaration involves the imputation of  Christ’s righteousness to us not by man's merit. (1 Corinthians 1:30; 2 Corinthians 5:21).

Security—We teach that once a sinner has been redeemed, they are kept by the power of God and secure in Christ forever.

Obedience—We teach that believers are to obey Gods word and separate from sin and that their lives should reveal the continuous pursuit for holiness, love for people, and love for God  out of deep gratitude for the undeserved grace of God granted to us.
